On Saturday June 15th Milton was pleased to welcome visitors to the sale, with a queue starting to form half an hour prior to the opening time.
Trade was brisk with lots of interesting and unusual bargains.
Milton Village Hall Committee would like to thank everyone who donated items for the sale, their generosity was quite overwhelming and very much appreciated.
Tea and homemade cakes were available for those who had shopped ‘til they (nearly) dropped’ and the raffle, which had been ongoing for a few weeks, was drawn at 2pm.
Congratulations to the winners of the luxury hampers and many other lovely prizes.
A huge thank you to the team of volunteers who worked so hard to make the event a success. The Sale and the raffle raised £2,000 for the refurbishment and improvement of Milton Village Hall.
